TENDER FOR A BIDDING AUCTION – motor vessel “GEROITE NA ODESSA”

On the grounds of Art. 15, Para. 2 of the RULES ON THE PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE STATE IN COMMERCIAL COMPANIES WITH STATE-OWNED SHAREHOLDING
BULGARIAN MARITIME TRAINING CENTRE EAD
ANNOUNCES A SEALED BID AUCTION FOR THE HIRE OF A FIXED ASSET,
constituting m/v “Geroite na Odessa” – a vessel (ro-ro) entered in the Ship Register of the Port of Varna under Register No. 256, volume IV, page 109, IMO No. 7529964 and specification as per Registration Certificate No. 12198 of 22.01.2008 issued by the Executive Agency “Maritime Administration”
 
Details of the organizer of the auction: Bulgarian Maritime Training Centre EAD, Company No. 130250366, with registered address at 73 Vasil Drumev Str., Primorski region, Varna.
 
Auctioned item:
1.1. Motor vessel “GEROITE NA ODESSA”, registered with the Maritime Administration Directorate in Varna and entered in the Ship Register of the Port of Varna with the following specification:
IMO NUMBER: 7529964
CALL SIGN: LZEA
LENGTH OVERALL: 185.40 M
MOULDED BREADTH: 26.00 M
DEPTH TO UPPER DECK: 15.2 M
GROSS TONNAGE: 19518
NET TONNAGE: 5856
1.2. At the moment the vessel is hired under a bareboat charter party.
The vessel will be hired under a BAREBOAT CHARTER based on the BIMCO (Baltic and International Maritime Council) standard, CODE NAME: “BARECON 2001”. 
Charter period: 1980 days from the date of delivery of the ferry.
Type of auction and session: sealed bid auction through submission of documents, with an open session of the auction committee.
Starting auction price: USD in the amount of 1190,00 (one thousand one hundred and  ninety) US dollars excluding VAT per a calendar day.
   Payment of the hire: The hire will be paid monthly by the 15th day of the current month by the CHARTERER to the bank account of the OWNER.
Increment of the bidding: in the amount of 119.00 (one hundred and nineteen) US dollars excluding VAT.
Date and place of the auction: The auction will be held on 21.05.2019 at 10:00 h in the building housing BMTC EAD, located in the city of Varna, 73 Vasil Drumev Str., boardroom 223.
Instructions for obtaining the auction documentation, first and last date of availability: The documentation can be downloaded from the company’s website.
Amount of the guarantee: Monetary guarantee in the amount of 180 days’ hire, to be retained by the Owner as security for the Charterer’s performance of its contractual obligations. The deposited guarantee will be returned to the Charterer within one month of the termination of the contract, provided that the ferry is redelivered by the Charterer to BMTC EAD in the same good order and condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Inspection of the vessel: Inspection of the vessel may take place after preliminary request made on tel. +359 884 779 058, +359 52 380 588 or at e-mail bmtc@bmtc.bg. Inspections require a Declaration of Inspection to be filled per Form No. 3 of the auction documentation.
Where to submit the bids: at the Administrative Building of BMTC EAD: Bulgaria, Varna, 73 Vasil Drumev Str., 2nd floor, room 226 – registry;
Requirements to the applicants: An applicant for participation in the auction can be any Bulgarian or foreign legal entity.
Date, time and place for a second auction: 06.06.2019 at 10:00 h, Bulgaria, Varna, 73 Vasil Drumev Str., 2nd floor, boardroom 223.
