The elite of the world maritime community will gather in Varna from May 21 to 23, 2018. Under the auspices of the Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company (BPI Co.) the 7th Black Sea Ports and Shipping Exhibition and Conference 2018 will take place in our sea capital. The prestigious event is expected to be attended by more than 300 representatives of world-known shipping companies – carriers, shippers, logistic companies, port terminal operators, port equipment and services providers.
During the Conference, the most recent global case studies in the field of maritime transport and logistics will be analysed. International experts will discuss modern trends in port business, current and foreseen regional trade and will make macro-and microeconomic forecasts for the development of the Black Sea region. The Conference provides an excellent opportunity to exchange world-class know-how and successful practices, and the exhibition will be a forum for leading port, shipping and logistics experts to present state-of-the-art technologies in the field of port industry and information technology.
7th Black Sea Ports & Shipping 2018 is the largest shipping event for the Black Sea region and one of the largest and most prestigious international events in the field of maritime transport worldwide. The emblematic forum will be held for the first time in Bulgaria, after the achievements of BPI Co. in the field of modernization of Bulgarian ports and maritime transport have received international recognition during last year’s forum in Batumi, Georgia.
